May 12th 2007 may not have had the dynamics to create monstrous supercells, but a few storms still managed to get going during the afternoon. Basically just your typical garden variety afternoon thunderstorms that are common in Oklahoma, but these can sometimes create the most beautiful sunsets you can ever see! This storm popped up near El Reno, OK and held together for nearly an hour and provided an incredible sunset to typical mid-spring day in Oklahoma.
