The target and storm locations for the day was the eastern Texas Panhandle. We intercepted 4 storms overall, starting out in Oklahoma and finishing up the day in the Texas Panhandle. Several of today's tornadoes occurred in a well-known "road-hole," meaning an area of the Texas Panhandle that does not have a good road network, in fact it doesn't even have a single road. However, once the storms cleared this road hole we were able to intercept them. We had a brief tornado that spun up quickly just to the east of the highway that we were traveling on. It was a long and tough day and I'm typing this up from the hotel (yes, this is what I do while all the tour guest are sleeping), so I'm going to cut this chase log short so that I can rest up for a possible big chase day tomorrow.
